Warranty for Innovatools Modular Brake & Accessories

Warranty Period

2 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in product materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Innovatools will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance as per Innovatools Modular Brake operation and maintenance guide.

What is Covered

Defects in product materials and workmanship.
Repair or replacement of the product or parts thereof.

What is Not Covered

Damage due to improper use, abuse, accident, or negligence.
Wear and tear from normal usage.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, other acts of nature).
We will not cover loss profits / revenues based on any warranty claims.
If a claim is deemed unsatisfactory, Innovatools will cover the return shipping costs of the faulty product (in the original unassembled state) and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is void if the product is misused, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages connected with the use of the product.

Limitation of Liability

The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

A signature is required for orders over $500. If you are not available to sign for the package(s) the Courier will take the shipment to the closest pick up location so that you can pick up your order in person at your convenience within on week

Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If an Innovatools product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

The product must be returned within 60 days of delivery date
If returning a bending brake, it must be fully disassembled
All components must be returned in original condition
The product must be carefully repackaged using the original packaging, in the same manner it was shipped
The product must be free of damage beyond normal evaluation use

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking or damage recovery fee.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Contact us at return@innovatools.ca within 60 days of delivery
Provide your order number and the reason for the return
We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label

Innovatools provides return shipping labels in all cases to ensure proper routing and handling.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), Innovatools will cover the return shipping cost
If the return is due to a change of mind or suitability preference, the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer
In all cases, the customer is responsible for:

1. Disassembly of the machine
2. Proper repackaging using the original packaging
3. Delivering the shipment to the carrier drop-off location

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Any duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or other import/export-related charges incurred on the original shipment or return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Damaged or Incomplete Returns
